Boutique agency Contemporary Hotels has recently acquired Luxe Houses, which will operate as an individual business unit.
Luxe Houses has more than 100 exclusive trophy homes and event spaces on its books and famous clients include the likes of Gerard Butler and Ronan Keating.
“Luxe Houses is an amazing brand and is a real compliment to Contemporary Hotels,” Contemporary Hotels managing director Matthew Fleming said.
“It will be business as usual offering a full-service package but now benefiting from Contemporary Hotels’ 15-plus year history in the luxury accommodation market.”
Prior to the acquisition, Contemporary Hotels offered 100 active holiday homes and managed more than 1000 bookings annually.
