Downstairs from the living area is an additional bedroom (perfects for teenagers) with its own en-suite. This floor opens out onto the orderly garden, which offers both a pool and BBQ. The beach is only five minutes away, and some of the suburb’s best cafes and shops are right around the corner on the North Bondi strip. Clifftop walks or runs beckon to both the south and north. Laps and a sauna at Icebergs are a possibility. And you can hardly walk around without tripping over a yoga or pilates studio. No wonder everyone here is so good looking.
